Submit an event
For one-off events (such as lectures, poetry readings, single- or multi-day conferences, book talks, etc), please use the online form to upload directly to our main calendar.
For extended events (longer than 4-5 days), such as exhibitions or drama, or alternatively for CFPs for conferences, book issues, etc, please email us at the address below.
Please include as much as possible of the following information (as applicable):
1. Speaker, event name, and synopsis.
2. Date / time / location
3. Language of event (e.g. "English with Japanese simultaneous translation")
4. Is there an attendance fee (if so, how much)?
5. Is pre-registration required?
6. Webpage (optional)
7. If you have a poster for the event, please attach it to the email.
Thank you in advance! We will post information on the website reasonably speedily and let you know when it's done.
